When our summer camp program is not in session, the facilities at Camp Elim are available for rent. Please have a look through the descriptions below and the current rentals pricing. We offer rentals for school and church groups – please contact us for those rates or with any other questions.
Our Facilities
Elim Tabernacle is our 3000 sq. ft. main hall that houses a gathering area with round tables and chairs, a piano, and a gas fireplace. We have a PA system and can make accommodations for use of a projector and screen as well. The hall has a commercial kitchen with industrial appliances, and is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. There are washroom facilities with showers, and a large, covered deck with the best view of the lake. This building is winterized and available year round. The boathouse stores our canoes, kayaks, and all other water toys.
Cabins
Shown here are the modern, heated cabins. There are two of these larger cabins that are split in the middle by a shared washroom (no shower), kitchen-style sink and seating area. Each bedroom side contains 4 bunk beds and can sleep 8 people (One cabin can sleep 16 people). Linens are not included in any cabin rental.
Below is an example of our more rustic, unheated cabins. There are 4 of this style and each can sleep 8-9 people. Washrooms are available in the RV Park or the main hall.
Our Director’s Cabin is also available for rentals. This is a one bedroom cabin with a futon in the main living area. This cabin has a small kitchen and dining area, and its own washroom including shower.
Elim Lodge
Elim Lodge is in close proximity to the Tabernacle and the lake. The Lodge contains three individual suites – two of these suites are two bedroom units, and one has four bedrooms. All of the suites are fully furnished and each bedroom has a queen sized bed with linens included. All suites have a small kitchenette, and please note that there are no stoves or cooktops provided. The four bedroom unit is wheelchair accessible. The front of the Lodge has a covered deck with seating to enjoy the view! Shown below is a two bedroom suite.

SANDY ROCK RV PARK
Directly North of our cabins is our RV Park. There are 12 sites suitable for RV’s with 240v/30 amp plugins and potable water at each site, and 2 sites specifically for tenting with 100v/15 amp electricity and water. There is a septic sewage dump provided on site. The RV Park has a wheelchair accessible washroom building with showers. Please be aware that the RV Park is in a relatively open area with no natural privacy between sites. Currently, we do not supply fire pits or firewood. Sites are available for short term and seasonal rentals, subject to availability. We ask that guests to our RV Park please respect the posted rules.
