Policy Information
All camp staff including the Director(s), cabin leadersĀ and cabin leaders-in-training are required to sign our Camp Application form which clearly defines our camp policy.

- All camp staff including the Director(s), cabin leadersĀ and cabin leaders-in-training are required to sign this form. On this form applicants must give information such as: address, education, employment history, church history, past involvement with camp, and provide the camp with a resume.
- Sexual harassment policy.
- It is the policy here at Camp Elim that the camp environment be free of:
- suggestive language and comments
- sexual solicitation or advances by any and all members of staff inclusive of administration and management
- unwelcome sexual references and innuendo made directly or indirectly to any persons
- Child abuse policy.
- If a camper confides to a staff member that they have been abused/neglected by an adult, that person, in consultation with the Director, will call Social Services. The staff member and Director will then fill out a \"Child Abuse Declaration\" form.
- Departure from camp form.
- This mandatory form is a deterrent to people who might try to have unlawful access to the child during the week the child is at camp.
- Injury/Illness Report form.
- This form is filled out by a staff member when a camper suffers a amjor illness or injury while at camp. Parents are immediately informed of the injury/illness.
